When my son was 15, I got a phone bill for $800 for a web cam site. I called and they said, He said he was of age, with my reply, Of course, pussy was in his face. Between them and the phone company, charges for the 2 months were dropped. After a good long internet dry spell, I think, he learned his lesson.

Just wondering if anyone actually reads these disclaimers on provider websites. I don't imagine that any of this is legally binding, so why is it necessary? If anyone gets busted, how would this disclaimer be relevant? Suppose a cop looks at the website after entering through the disclaimer page while promising not to be a law enforcement agent. The case won't get thrown out because the cop lied. Cops are allowed to lie, and pretend to be civilian clients in order to make a bust.

It seldom comes up, and maybe I'm just a little overly caffeinated this morning.....

Those disclaimers are the biggest waste of space and time ever. Absolutely worthless.
The only purpose they serve, is they make the lady "feel" better...and give a huge laugh to LE.

But...there's lots of stuff like that in this world...and it ain't ever gonna change.

but that is all it's good for. By law you need to state it has content not fit for minors eyes but let's be real what minor is going to close any site that says that. I'm sure all the gentlemen here searched high and low for nude pics when they where young.

but the L E disclaimers are worthless and in my opinion are an admission of guilt right there in black and white!  

If your not doing anything wrong, why in hell do you need a disclaimer saying that your not?

I never had that problem.  Only had 1 computer and I was always hogging it up on the porn sites!

Later he just started bring in a couple beers, and we'd drink and watch some hot chick get her ass pounded together!

...I can't really comment on that one...I had daughters, so my problems with the internet and my kids were of an entirely different variety...
