I am not to into foot worship but I do enjoy sucking on a woman's toes and heels and gently biting the Achilles tendon. Almost all the reactions have been positive. Giggles at best and indifference at worst but almost no negative reaction in both my time with providers and civie girls.  

Although I have never had my toes and heels played with I would not turn it down.

So my question to the guys and girls, do you and how much pleasure do you get from foot play both giving and receiving foot, toe and heel play?

It is a big turn on when a man knows what he is doing regarding toe and heel sucking.  I myself do enjoy anything that gives me more pleasure, and just what you described does it for me. My toes are very suckable and well-pedicured!  I am very clean by nature, so for me to return the favor I would need to make sure you are clean as well.

...and I am into foot worship!  I really love to worship feet (both men's and women's).  I also enjoy having my toes sucked, and my feet worshiped, but I'm a bit ticklish.  Biting the Achilles tendon probably would not work for me.  

Have you ever had your achilles tendon massaged by someones lips, a domme I know says it was the best session she ever had because of walking in heels all the time the lip massage on her achilles tendon left her feeling incredible.
