tastefully done tattoos. Just like piercings, too many can be just that...too many. I saw one young lady with some tattoos, and piercings everywhere. The tattoos didn't bother me, but she had metal things stuck in her nipples, navel, tongue, ears, nose, lip, both cheeks, eyebrows. She looked like she got hit in the face with a tackle box.

I have been with providers that had several and many that had just one or two. Being an older hobbyist, tatoos just don't do anything to enhance the girl's appearance for me. Although, once into the session, they really didn't detract from anything either.
Girls that feel the need to cover themselves with them will probably not get a call from me.
I remember when I was much younger, a tattoo had an entirely different social connotation than it does now...tattoos were rarely seen, and were pretty much confined to sailors, bikers and marines (odd combination, but that's largely how it worked).
The world has changed a lot since then, and I've found over the past few years that they are pretty much the norm these days...I know far more women who have at least one tattoo than I know who have none at all. I recently spent a wonderful weekend with an exceptionally beautiful and striking woman who was heavily tattooed. While that body-art in her case added an element of interest (I had a lot of fun listening to the stories behind the tattoos), and her choices were obviously thoroughly considered for placement, taste and content, she would also have been strikingly beautiful if she'd had none at all.
With that in mind, I tend to believe it's all in the woman in the first place. Well considered and carefully selected tattoos can enhance a woman's appeal, much like a Picaso can set off a room...poorer choices can also ruin a look just as quickly as an Elvis-on-velvet can make a room painful to be in.
To make a short story long, generally speaking, IMHO a woman is either hot, or not, on her own merits...tattoos can only serve to be an interesting accent....
A few well placed tats are hot. Too big or too darn many... not so cool. Here is the problem. There will be millions of grandma's forty years from now all with washed out ink right above their butts!!!
Personally I love them. Granted, I've got a lot myself (chest, ribcage, full sleeve'd left arm, and others) so I'm somewhat biased. But it comes down to personal preference, just like build, breast size, age, etc are dependent on people's specific tastes.
Can be very hot, or too much. My SO has 5, but every one means something to her deeply personal and is heartfelt. They are most definitely not 'tramp stamps'. Course, I've been with her since she just had one. Too many can be detrimental to experience. Some large ones can be very artistic and classy. Try to understand the reason/point for the tat before making assumptions.
