I have heard of guys who take the pill not being able to cum and getting it on for hours is this why?

I've been on Cialis for about a year and have never had this happen. can I ask what dosage you took? I'm on 10m every 3 days and I've been wondering lately if I need to increase mine...not looking for a 2-hr hard-on with no let-go even after ejac or anything, but just to last a little longer than I currently do.
