We are hoping to have this launched by February 1st.
Customer support will do all moderation on this board. The Host and Hostess will remind everyone of special daily events, answer simple questions and welcome everyone to the board. We are also adding a “Report this Post” feature. “Like//Dislike” and “Ignore this Poster” features will also be added in the coming weeks.
The response from users volunteering was overwhelming. We hope to announce the first Host and Hostess on the 1st. We are going to start out with one month terms starting on the first of every month. We may need to tune this a little, so we all will need to be flexible.
We had several people who suggested the name “Host and Hostess”. We will credit all of these people with the vip days for the suggestion.
Please help us with this transition by remaining flexible and open minded. With positive feedback, we will be able to improve upon already great boards.

We are just about ready to go live with the new Host and Hostess (Yes. We are going with host and hostess, because it is the easiest way to quickly figure out gender. Given some of your creative usernames, this seems smart.)

Yes this board should be more user friendly and less spiteful. We should be more open to newcomers and old-timers.
I just get the feeling that TER is trying to be the Facebook of adult boards. Cruise directors, host and hostess, report this post, like/dislike, and ignore this poster??
Change is the only given in this world OK taxes and death also so I know it happens. I just have to question on this type board? We are all here anonymously unless chosen otherwise. Yes some go to meet and greets, some meet in Vegas, and some talk on the phone. The reviews and discussions on the boards are what are important. If we have to get to the point of forced niceness, welcoming committees, daily reminders from the hostess, something is a lot worse than I ever thought it was. (Yes I know how much I bitch about alias abuse).
Overall, you get out of it what you put in it. Newbies need to watch, learn, listen and CONTRIBUTE more than just cute words or boot licking. We have a board just for them to get up to speed, we have a 60 plus board, along with all the other boards so it seems there should be a place for everyone to find a place to fit in if they want to.
Just like in life everyone does not get along. But if they are willing to put up with the banter back and forth so be it.
THE EROTIC REVIEW is the name of this site not The Love Boat. I am not fighting change, just trying to figure it out as this has appeared to be a much unplanned out, evolution of ideas.
With that said I am just waiting for it to roll out.

I have ALL of my bills & statements MAILED to me on paper.
I still send paper cards to my loved ones in the REAL mail too!

hopefully permenant. I know the opening line was rectum, it damn ner killed him. My idea is say 10 of us flag you as ignore and you jet the boot for say 30 days from posting or along those line. not moderated banned maybe that will quit some of the rancour.
