Hey everyone.  I am looking for some advice.  I have seen many ladies over the past couple of years and have been thinking long and hard about getting into a (Long Term Relationship).  I travel a lot and would love someone who could travel with me but also keep their home base.  So here is where the questions come in....

What are the rules involved in a LTR?

Normal costs involved?

Does the provider still provide, or do they retire during the relationship?

Is there a minimum and maximum time limit to the relationship?

What else should I prepare myself for?

I want to thank everyone who takes the time to help me get a better understanding of this.

All the best
Brad

You don't want to do this. Prepare yourself for heartbreak and a lot of things that you do not want to have in your life. Providers provide, civilian girlfriends will be easier and less costly to deal with.
If you want to take a provider on a business trip/vacation by all means do so, but 86 the idea of LTR.
This is not a thorough answer to your questions, just a start and my .02. Good Luck

First, define to yourself what you mean by LTR and your expectations from one.  Then look at the difference between LTR's, exclusives and a travel companion.
LTR's are generally found in the civvie world and may not work well here.  An exclusive would essentially mean meeting her potential income each month you both agree to be in this relationship.why consider her earning potential each month?  Because it would mean she would not be seeking outside funds while with you.
Then a travel companion would agree to be with you while you are on trips bearing in mind again her earning potential for that time has been considered and discussed.  In this situation she would be free to seek outside entertainment.
In each situation you and the woman would have to discuss each other's expectstions in all aspects before any agreement would be made.
Hope this helps!

...as a provider and frequent business traveller myself, I have alot of experience and information that I would love to share with you. Although you have received much input and advice through the boards, I would love to share my personal thoughts with you regarding this delicate subject privately.

When you have a moment, send me an email or give me a call.
