I'm always searching for good Tampa agencies and have never run across this one before. There's something not quite right about the women's photos. They seem believable, but not over the top TGTBT that you see with some fake agencies. I also haven't found a reference to their website on TER nor have I found any reviews on ladies I have checked.

I think it's most likely a B&S and probable upsell agency.
