it doesn't stop me from seeing her when she comes to town.  Her first review is from 2001, I think.

I have been thumbing thru the reviews of providers and it occurred to me that if the provider has over 200 reviews is this someone that I want to see?  I know, I know how freakin naive and if a provider sees one guy a week day for a year the number of other visitors is over that, but when you see the number in black and white doesn't it make you say wait a minute.  What do other hobbyists think and what to providers think?

It might mean she encourages guys to review her (a good move businesswise) and if they are all good reviews it means she's at the top of her game, and she's been doing it for awhile. It doesn't bother me......I know a couple providers who were going strong back in the 90's and who are still active. A provider having alot of experience makes your experience that much better.

Your concern is not so much naive, but cautious. I'd find a happy medium with someone who's been at it awhile and has a couple pages of great reviews.
