I am new to this. I have an appointment for tomorrow but I think I want to make one for today before dinner with the fam and one for Wednesday after holiday dinner or begore. I have a couple questions, how many times a week/month/year do regulars peruse this hobby? And since I usually work late past 11pm, are there reliable providers for the hours of 1-2am in south Florida.

There is no standard, but how much $ you have to spend is the primary determining factor.  With me it varies, sometimes 2-3 times a month, but think my norm is prob about twice/month.  If I have an overnighter scheduled, maybe only that one for that month.
