OK - I know I don't post much here, but please explain the rating system?

The following girl consistently gets 7 to 9's on performance reviews when no fs occurred reading the reviews? Am I missing something or are people just thinking a hot looking female can rip them off and offer little/nothing in return? Guess some people don't like $$$.

I know this might spark some debate - these people were obviously happy with what they got, however reading the rating guidelines, it clearly states rating of 7+ should be reserved for providers who provide something a little extra. just my opinion.
