Had  my first...yes..rectal exam..Doh!...That Fkr had a 10 inch finger that must have been 6 inches in dia. Felt like a fence post shoved up my ass. I now have new appreciation for the ladies that tells you to go fk off...Just sayin!

Yes it can hurt if you don't like it.  There are three muscle rings and it does not feel good until you have passed all three with the tip.  And even if you discover you like it , it could hurt on entry every time even if you like it.
