Their photos aren't authenticated and they are the most overly airbrushed photos on the www even more so then Eros.  BC word is that the most overly rated look wise TER ladies are there and it's become the list to go to for ladies who BB.

As I tell the guys on the newbie board, you can look anywhere, but you got to do the research on them, just like they screen us.  This site here has the avenue to discuss as well as look for quality ladies.  You can also look on the verification sites or other review sites (which I can't name).

TER has the PM feature so you can ask questions of reviewers about a provider you are interested in.
