I am from Georgia visiting Florida for a few days. Which is better, Ft Myers or Orlando for hobbyists?

Any feedback would be great.

I am a 35 year transplant FROM Gwinett - best thing I did was miove to south Florida !
I am in Ft Lauderdale so I can't really answer from the " amount " side of hobbyists ..........
Orlando sucks - No beach , has some bad areas , college and amusment park town - not good for providers I would think - again my opnion . Hot as hell right now with no ocean or cooling ocean breeze .
Ft Myers is a COOL beach town - you would have a much better time if appointments fall through

Enjoy and hope you do well whichever town you choose !

Based on private messages and previous experiences, I will be heading to Orlando starting tomorrow evening.

I hope to see some of you while I'm in town.
