I wanted to let you all know that I have decided to resign my position as a TER Moderator. I will remain a member of TER, and I hope to continue participating here on occasion. I just felt that it was time for me to move on to the next chapter of my life.

My years as moderator have been a lot of fun, and I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know so many people in this wonderful community and hobby. I look forward to keeping in touch with so many of you who I truly consider to be my friends!

TER is still undecided on who will succeed me as moderator, but stay tuned as they go through their process.

The people that are best at doing something always seem to eventually move on to something else.  Meanwhile, those that you wish would exit stage left, seem to linger for an eternity.

Sly, you have been the moderator on this board since I first started posting.  You have truly managed the impossible by 'herding a bunch of cats' to the point where the Florida Board is the envy of the rest of TER.  You were the guiding force behind that.

Thank you.  You will be missed.  Enjoy your new adventures.

Speaking of which, I guess you can now get off that awkward hump of 100 reviews.  Can't wait to about who the next lucky lady is.

Sly, I wish we could have met.  Everyone that I talk with says what a great guy you are.  I appreciate your help in the past, you have been a great mod.  Enjoy your life in what ever you pursue.  Take care, and know that the State of Fl really appreciates your efforts and friendship.

Sly and I have corresponded much over the past few years---on the board and via PM--but at the same time, we determined early on that we lived close by to each other and never shared that much personal information. That being said, he has been a friend, mentor and resource, and I'm deeply disappointed to learn of his resignation as moderator, and hope he'll continue to share his wit and wisdom with us.

This board will not be the same without you Sly.

So sorry to see you go..Your the best!

Thank You for a thankless Job! You will be missed

while we all have things in our lives to change our perspective and make us make a chance.  It is important that you know we respect you for what you have endured and accomplished.

Since being here I have seen this board go through some great times and some pretty sad ones.  However, you held your head high and did what you felt was the best for everyone.  

You are the sole creator, as far as I am concerned, with helping make this board what it is and you will be sorely missed.  I wish I had the chance to meet you and hopefully someday I will have the pleasure.
