My niece's son works for SW Airlines and is moving to Orlando. He thinks he wants to be near a beach (I know). My question is, he'll be renting an apt. What's a good area of town to look? Thanks in advance.

Avalon Park is about 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from the beach. It is also 5 minutes from the 528 Bee Line. There are houses, Townhouses, Condos and Apartments all in Avalon.
