This lady was recently subject to controversy on the NY board.  She recently announced a visit, and portions of her website were denounced as being stolen by two prominent members of of the NY community.  Turns out their accusations were horsesh*t: Carmen's intro on her website was actually part of an old TV commercial that featured Britney Spears, not copyrighted material lifted from a NY area provider's website.  Once this was pointed out on the NY board, the threads put up by the provider in question, and former mod in support of her, were taken down.  

As for Carmen's most recent review  - it was posted by a first time and unknown reviewer, and thus has discounted credibility.  There is nothing in that review to indicate that the reviewer was from NY, though given that mud was kicked in faces over the NY incident, it would not be surprising if it originated from here.  Regardless, Carmen should alert TER admin if the review is bogus, and request that it be removed.  Her second to last review was from NY, and was a 9/10.  Doubtful she would have that removed!
