After a couple of weeks of a self imposed "sabbitical" from my ATF board, I've come to realize that I owe you a heartfelt apology for hitting below the belt in my respose to you.

No matter how I felt about what you posted on my thread for Hobbyest Monday, quoting what you said to me while we were behind closed doors on the board was wrong. That was out of bounds and should have never been made public.

So keep having fun on and off the board and I wish you continued happiness in whatever life throws your way

You have been so gracious to me at both meet and greets that I attended. Both Bob and Keystone worked so hard to make those events a success.

I was thinking how peaceful and serene the FL Board was in her absence. If I wanted drama, I'd turn on prime time TV. Here I expect peace and civility.

Are we all supposed to ignore the venom you have spewed, the lives you have gone out of you way to harm and the vindictiveness of your actions? What you did to Upncummin52 you have done to many, many others on many, many different occasions. IMO, "I'm sorry" doesn't get it.  


Do your ATF board a favor and leave it in peace. Perhaps you will learn something from all this.  We sure have.

Don't you think you could have addressed this directly through personal messages. You're putting upincummings on the spot and forcing him to respond by choosing to post the apology for all to see. Use your head Steph, that's just wrong!

     Did it really take you weeks to realize your wrong doings? Or was it the decrease in your revenue that made you beg for forgiveness.
   
     You have tainted yourself and the Florida board FOREVER with your venom and NO apology will ever change that. Will the real Steph please stand up? Oh yeah, that's right she already did.

Everyone deserves to speak their mind on the board...after all isn't that what it's for?

Now we all have our own opinions that is a fact, but why keep beating a dead horse? Once it's down, IT'S DOWN!

Another thing I must ask is...why all the aliases? If you've got something to say, just say it WITHOUT hiding.

Now can we all get the Florida Board back to what it used to be and stop all of the nonsense?

Steph was making an effort to apologize and people are stepping on it.

I wasn't going to post, but with all the aliases, I thought I needed to clarify that none of them were me.  I've never used an alias and don't plan to.

Now let's get back to the fun.

It's time to let this go. Personally, I think aliases should be outlawed.

It takes a big person to admit that they are wrong.

We all hope it is sincere and you are not just posting this to protect your business.

I don't know you but I will give you the benefit of the doubt!

While from the alias posts, it is obvious that some have had different experiences than me, Steph has always treated me like a king and has been a great friend to me and others. I know on her own, she got Paris a great hotel rate when she had to unexpectedly stay overnight at the last Tampa M and G-She also asked for prayers when Rusty's daughter was hurt in an auto accident-She has made many posts for me on things which are dear to my heart-She has offered solace to at least 2 others who were understandably distraught due to tragic losses in their lives-I also know she has made substantial loans to those in need when she was hurting herself in the bank account-From my own personal experiences with her, she is hardly the person so demonized here recently.
I regret DD-who seems like a good guy- and she had the problem a few weeks ago-but he has moved on and it would be nice if others did too. And BTW, thanks to Sindie and others who made very nice and pertinent posts here-
Personally, I've made it a long way in this old world by showing respect to others-even those I don't care for-and would encourage others to do the same-Best to all, 1rob

Wake up and smell her poison Florida board!! Let's not forget how she got those numbers and oh how the world comes crashing down if you give her less then a nine on any score. Let's not forget the blackmail she has done to in the past. Just my thoughts board, it's better without her.

As they say, I have no 'dog' in this fight (except maybe me-ha,ha), but this should end it. I'm one who always wants to apologize for my mistakes, but honestly has trouble doing it sometimes, so I give kudos to Steph for this.

Otherwise, I'll only say that I had a helluva good time when I met Steph, so I'm admittedly biased, and happily so!

Steph's reviews were not honest. That's a slap in the face of the hobbyists that reviewed her. I saw her twice and both were quality sessions and reviews were never discussed.

Now I'm not saying some of the things being said here is not true, I just know what my experience was.

I hope the appology was real and a personal appology was issued to up amd whoever else but enough is enough!!

Lumping all her reviews as bad is a stab at everyone who has reviewed her is not very good either.

I tried to schedule with her, and you should have heard the things she said about you, Sindie, when I used you for a reference.

Sbe needs to crawl back into that hole she came out of. This board is a lot better off without her.

Like has been said, she could have apolgized privately to Upcoming without getting in here and trying to for him to get on here and give her a pass. She crossed the line and her actions have no place in this hobby or anywhere else for that matter.

Personally, I don't really care what Steph may or may not have done to others...That's none of my business.  What IS my business is the year long feud we have had over something  totally silly!  I also put an apology a on this board a while back because I didn't stop to read what I just wrote before hitting the enter key!  I come here to have a good time, mingle with friends...and MEET HOT WOMEN LOL!!!

If anything, I am sure that Steph learned from this experience that if she doesn't have anything nice to say , then it's best to keep her mouth shut.

No one can say that they don't regret things they have said or actions that may have happened in the past...It's life.

I will have to agree with 1Rob's post and agree with a PM from Bobb that there is no reason to gang up on her, she knows what she needs to do and there is no reason to keep beating at her.

I was waiting for Upncummin to post his reply before replying to this one.

Anyone who apologizes to someone deserves to be heard, but like its been said, this was between 2 people and could have been done in private.

What I wonder, is where is the apology to all the others she has hurt with her actions in the past?  Yes, its WELL known of things she has done or threatened to do, so if anyone wants to go there, we certainly can.

This is just one incident that happen to come to the public eye for all to see.  So for me to be understanding, it will take a LOT more then one simple apology.

The actions and tactics of Steph go WAYYYYYYY beyond anything I have seen, and cant be forgiven simply with words typed.

To those who have come to her defence, great, you had a good time, wonderful.  But dig a bit and find out about those who HAVENT had as good of an experience, and your eyes may be opened a bit.

I have to agree w/haya’s comments & had also refrained from commenting above until now. Unfortunately, some of the guys who posted under alias’s have to, they are truly afraid of MatureGFE. This just isn’t about an apology to UP on an emotional post, or a little drama on the board (BTW, this is hardly drama for the readers of this board, you just choose to read this stuff, this is real drama for real guys). This isn’t a pile on. Guys have contacted her, & given her their personal information for screening purposes. If things to not work out to her liking or convenience she has initiated her threats, intimidation & vindictiveness to them.  

This goes way beyond the pale of the hobby.  

Haya is right, the ones who have come to her defense are her friends or guys that have not experienced the threats. Fine, glad you had a good experience, others were not so lucky.

She has demonstrated a repeated history of this, & I’m sorry, tigers don’t change their stripes, because they can’t. These are apologies for convenience & marketing.

Ladies, you require our personal information for your screening purposes. The vast majority of the well reviewed TER providers are stable & responsible who screen us. If the shoe is on the other foot, would you trust us w/your real name, & home phone #. Obviously that will not happen, but the point is TRUST, and she has broken that repeatable.

There is a reason there are a lot of angry responses & drama here from those 2 previous threads a couple of weeks ago. There wouldn’t have been if she had not created reasons for people to be. This just didn’t come out of thin air.  Buyer beware, gents be careful with who you trust w/your personal information. It may be used on you. Gentleman of the Florida board have that right for this information.

Any time a provider does something to compromise or endanger a hobbyist or another provider, it needs to be mentioned here.  This is first and foremost a forum for the hobbyists to share information. When we feel our security is threatened, we have a responsibility to share the facts with each other. In this case, there are many accounts of exactly that.

There is no need to list all the specific cases, unless she wants to take it further.  They are staggering and down right scary. Suffice it to say that she is not welcome here. Her white knights also have to realize that at the end of the day, they are one of us.  To bury your heads in the sand in the wake of all she has done is irresponsible on your part. To join her crusade by emailing, PM'ing and posting is culpable at the very least.

None of this can be refuted and it is not opinion.

I have never seen Steph and I am not even a resident of Florida, but I could not agree more with Stud Muffin.

This is a board dedicated to the freeflow of information between hobbyists and providers alike. There are also lines that never should be crossed. Steph admits to crossing one of those lines. I think her apology is a step in the right direction, but it doesn't put the toothpaste back in the tube.

There is a saying "where there's smoke, there's fire", there is constantly smoke surrounding Steph. As I said before I have never seen Steph, my only communication with her has been a couple of rather benign PM's, but after this little dramafest I would have to see a pattern of behavior from her for a long enough period of time to undo the damage that has been done here.

Her apology "seems" genuine, but only time will tell if she had indeed learned from her mistake or if she is just doing "damage control". I know what my gut is telling me, but in the abscence of any proof postive I'll keep those opinions to myself.

I'd like to thank the Fla board for the entertainment, I am glad (and relieved) to know that Atlanta doesn't have a monopoly on Hobbyist/Provider drama. lol

I've read alot of your posts in the last year and LMAO because they were/are so damn funny.
