I used independents in NOLA with great results. I was always skeptical of the agencies there. Thanks for passing that along, and we feel your pain. Also, it wouldn't hurt to mention the agency.
The post below for the Miami agency is starting to be a trend......just got back from New Orleans and had a terrible bait and switch situation there from an agency ......just say no !!!!!....Wish I had......valuable lesson that if you stray away from TER and the appropriate review system you are gonna pay the price.....last time for me.....
Same thing happened to me. There are a couple of agency"s that work the coast from NOLA to Biloxi Ms that play the bait and switch game. When she arrived at my door I sent her on her way.
