With so many providers and hobbyists who are from Spanish speaking countries in S. America how about a Spanish language section for Florida board?     When I was in Montreal last month I saw the Montreal Escort Review Board allow postings in French.      I'm sure people who speak, read and write Spanish would welcome the opportunity to post in the language they know best, especially those in Miami and other East Coast cities.

There is no need for it. If a woman wants to be on here, she can either learn enough English or post somewhere else. the ones who can't speak English are from agencies who should have some who is proficient in the English language. That's just the way it is.

In Montreal and the rest of Quebec, French is the official language and there are strict and legal requirements to use French in most things.  

I think most of us support the BBFS.  The Bimini Biological Field Station at the University of Miami does a lot of good work and research... but it would as to TER I think an entire Bahamas Board would be better!

They are not going to give ONLY Fla. a damn spanish section...you would have to include LA in that too as well as many other large cities that have a dominant spanish community. I am not opposed to it at all, but this is the wrong place to ask for it, so you're the one who does not "get it" lol.

The United States of America DOES NOT have an official language.  It is not English, not Spanish, not French etc, so claiming "this is America, speak English!" is not a valid argument.

As a traveller, I understand difficulties of learning foreign languages as well as customs.  One of the easiest ways to impress or upset someone is to just speak, or comment about at the language used.  I never expect a short time visitor to speak the local language, I sure can't speak the language in every country I go.  An immigrant, however, should at least attempt to learn the language of his/her new country.  This should go for long time visitors, too.  I, at least learn enough to say of the language to try and be polite.

Is that why the Government prints ballot papers in English & Spanish?     LMAO.   I can't laugh enough of the stupidity of some of the comments here.     There is a Spanish language option for Social Security, Medicare.    Saw couple of "help wanted" in NY Times for Miami area and in the end it read "fluent Spanish required".    Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Sun Trust are not hiring any for their customer service call centers who do not speak Spanish in addition to English.

I'm least bit offended.   I'm laughing because people don't see what I am seeing.   I am looking at last year's sample ballot for Nov. 6th election and everything is printed in English and Spanish.    I got a notice about renewing my Florida Driver License and everything is printed in English and Spanish.     The reason I am laughing is I read things "USA IS ENGLISH".    Now about my ass, since I am the one laughing, it will stay right here and don't have to move it any place.     It is the rest who have to see beyond their front yard

I am all for having boards of different languages, but MAIN boards, not just in Fla. you doofus! Like another posted illustrated, there are more Spanish people in Los Angeles and freaking Texas, than in Fla. So, one more time and real slow for you...a main board for Spanish would be a good idea, as even first graders (including my own) are being taught Spanish and French as early as 5 years old.  

Though two cities in Fla. are on the list, Miami is pretty much the only one that TER has a huge following for, and if you look at the population compared to the percentages, well...you look like a fkin idiot as usual. As noted, Texas and Cali overall have more cities with a larger population of Spanish speaking individuals, and I said that BEFORE I googled the shit.

I did not "request" a Spanish board.    I just floated an" idea."      Big difference and I am not a Latino myself.    My job requires me to travel for a living and I speak German, French, Finnish  (work for NOKIA),  Spanish and Italian.     Did not expect an idea to attract personal attacks about my job and travels
