TER is generally not stupid when it comes to stuff like that. Other sites... not so much. This is the very reason many of us do not ever list a phone number on the internet or even give one out until after an appt is booked a guy is screened. Just sayin.

Even a few with emails. They get mad at you because of your screening processes and think you should see them regardless. I had one who had been arrested for assault on a female when I did his back ground. When I told him that I would not see him, he texted me over 150 x's in three days. I would suggest that you save the text messages. I had one fake review and I had already given TER a heads up and provided them with his email, name, phone number and TER information the day he threatened me. When he wrote the review all I did was email the texts to TER and it was removed. One more thing, be careful who you send photos to. Since you do most of your communications over the phone and you have never met him before, you can not confirm that the person you are speaking with is not a minor!
