I decided to write (to ter) and ask to change my username from Sexy Tony. I did this, not because I was being bullied, but because I honestly felt like there was to much drama. I do try to stay very low key, ad this was just way to much attention for me.

The statement some ladies were making about me not having many reviews was ludicrous, in my opinion, I do not need a million reviews to determine who I am. I have met some really nice people in this industry and also some hateful ones. In moi people were being rude, hateful, and just plain nasty all over a simple name with an adjective in front of it. The name does not change a person or how she conducts business.

I even had a few ladies writing me calling me bitches and saying crazy things that really have nothing to do with a simple name.  

Well, now that that is over, maybe I can get back to normal.
However, for future reference, no-one has the right to MAKE anyone change their name, I am sure there will be another Tony or Toni to come along very shortly, I just hope that she receives a much warmer welcome than I did.

Thanks to all who stood up for me, I did receive many emails telling me not to change my name, and stick to my guns, and wishing me the best, so I do thank you for the kind words and encouragement.

By right thing, I mean doing what was necessary to bring this to a civil conclusion.

If something is upsetting another lady and is perceived as causing confusion, sometimes it's just better to "give" a little, which I know you thought was hard because you felt pressured.

I think you did the smart thing and defended your opinions with intelligence and class.  Remind me when you will be in Sarasota.

Obviously, this stirred up quite a few emotions here on the Florida board. As moderator, I thought it best to let it all come out and give everyone an open forum. My apologies that some of our members weren't as nice about it as I would have hoped in expressing their opinions, but I guess that's just human nature.

I think you made the right move, and I want to assure you that you are always welcome on this board. I think you'll find that it is usually a fun and civil place to hang out
