So I was refused service by a local provider after we had been texting back and forth for an hour or so because I’m married. She said she was not comfortable seeing me because I am in a relationship 🤣🤣🤣. This is a new one on me. I wasn’t looking to date the provider so I don’t understand why my relationship status was of any concern to her. What are your thoughts?

I feel two ways on this. One, is understanding in a way. We all have morals and comfortabilities, and if that's her look on it, then that's her opinion and choice. But, I do also feel like it's a little unprofessional. When we start in this business, 9/10 times we know what we're getting ourselves into. We know that not everyone we meet is going to be single. It's part of the fantasy we create. If you could get what we provide at home from your wife, you wouldn't be needing us. Whether you're on business, travel often, in a sexless or dead end marriage, or just simply need an escape. That, in reality, is what we're here to provide, not to be judgmental.  If you can't handle the fact that things like that happen and be open minded, I don't think you're meant to be a provider. Not everyone is meant to be poly, and not everyone is meant to be monogamous. I would never bash someone for their opinion or morals, so if she doesn't want to see you, theres plenty of other girls who will.

Well said. Thank you for sharing that. I respect her choice not to see me because of my marital status but at the same time I found it odd based on other experiences I’ve had. Thanks again for your input.

There is plenty of other girls to choose from.

That is very strange.  I don't think she will have any clients at the end of the day with that attitude.  

A lot of us appreciate the fact you are married. The single ones usually want to date us outside of the business.  

I love married men they have to be home for dinner after 5,

...actually prefer married/attached gents.

I love men (women too), married or not but,  it does get uncomfortable when he says he wants to leave his wife for me!
I'm happy going on vacation or business trip with him but, he has to go back home when it's over.  

My belief and prayer is always that...
The greater good, for all parties involved( weather present or not)  is served  
through the energetic exchange that occurs
