Just wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas, I can't believe it's that time already. Seems like a few weeks ago I was still waiting for my gastric bypass, now I sit here just over six months post-op, have lost 133 pounds and am a new man. I've met some nice new people here and locally, and have enjoyed the better part of 2004.

That's great news..Sounds like your Half the man you used to be, In a good way. My dad once gave me another old saying "If you aint the lead Dog, The view never changes" Keep it up.
