Meiji occassionally have excellent provider. The floor is generally pretty high anyway with Japanese ones, I generally dont use them for Chinese provider, just not my cup of tea but YMMV. Annoying verfication, send ID picture and video chat with booker but it is easy to book after. Afaik they are they only agency in town that is not bait and switch as far as asian agency goes. I use them a lot and can answer any other questions if you have them.
