I don't think a current moderator would be a good choice for this position, so I would not be a good fit.  Besides, I am having too much fun being a PITA around here. I would hate to have to chastize myself.

Yes, because we all know how taxing it can be to have a coherent thought and express it in complete sentences. Why, it took me over 2 seconds to think of this response and another 15 seconds to type it out. With the 17 total seconds it took me to write this post, I imagine posting is nothing but a time sink LOL.

It seems as though the people that would be great hostesses are not interested in hosting and it's going to be the same people over and over again!!!
Big job with no pay what is the insentive here???

If we are working. how do we "direct?"  Seems like a lot of responsibility and a thankless position.  At first, I was interested and now I'm rethinking my position. I'm also concerned about the abuse of power, I feel the postions should go to out of state people.

Seems there is NO incentive here ! Just a month of grief and lost of personel time if you do the job well !
