in the Orlando area.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  It seems a little daunting trying to find providers that will work with first timers.  I've seen a couple but they might not be what I'm looking for.  Not trying to be too picky but I don't want to have to go for something I won't enjoy just to get a reference, it wouldn't be fair to the provider or me.
