You are correct Sunny.  It should be fun and games.  However there are some who are rude and seem to exude venom.  The worst way to do it is through bad manners and ignoring.  The greatest of insult is to ignore a person.   Treat them as though they don't exist. Instead of ignoring, one can forthrightly and kindly say, I don't want to continue this, let me pass on it, I prefer to stop, etc.

Thought this was supposed to be a place for stress release and fun.

I cant fathom why someone would use PM for anything but information that shoul be not aired in public.
I also do not understand the flaming anger that is sometimes present even on the touchy subjects that do come up.
