I had the same problem with Elizabeth when I was in town in early September. We had a firm date and I called when I got to town, to change to an earlier time. She already knew to hotel name and previous time which wold have been fine. I left a message, midday and didn't here back from her. So I called and left another message around 7 pm. From then on, the phone went straight to voicemail. The both potential times came and went, without word from her. I was very disappointed, I could have made other arrangements had I know she wasn't coming. Maybe next time.
