Not that surprising, really- a lot of strippers in the 702 basically commute from their hometowns to Vegas regularly, and don't have a provider presence in Vegas (as getting busted for providing will kill the gravy train- you lose the sheriff's card you need to dance in Vegas once that happens for 6 months, and that's a LOT of money to leave on the table).

It's been estimated that at any time, there are several thousand sex workers in Vegas (escorts, strippers, erotic bodywork, what have you). TER is one of the best resources for finding information about them, but it is nowhere near comprehensive (I'd guess that it has reliable information on maybe 20% of them out there- leaving the other 80% to be situations where you can TOFTT).
