This may sound like a pretty silly question, but what is the most common LEO check used now and why. I was asked and didn't really know how to explain with confidence.
If you arrive in her room and do nothing but walk in the door, you are still going down. All you can do is STFU and ask for a lawyer. But if you do your homework right, there's little risk.
If you are seeing someone for the first time, make a date for lunch and only lunch. Most ladies I have encountered will offer a reasonable fee for such an arrangement. LE is not going to waste the time.
...you couldn't answer. It's a load of crap based on the false belief that LE can't lie to you, touch your sex organs, or let you touch theirs. Whatever the "newest" one is won't work any better than the previous ones. LE can and will lie. They can and will touch and be touched. Thing is if it's LE you're in the room with it's too late for an LE check.
The LE check is before you ever meet the lady. Research. Does she have reviews? A lot of them. Have many of her reviewers reviewed a lot of providers? Have you checked her photos with google images or tin eye?Have you googled her number? That how clients do an LE check.

I would seriously like to know something. Outside of an escort being part of a sting operation in her hotel or private residence, or being picked up walking the streets, how is LE going to arrest anyone? If she comes to your hotel or residence is LE going to follow her and then break in to your hotel room or residence? Presuming she is not LE what are they going to arrest you for? Isn't a female allowed to visit you in your hotel room or residence? How do they know that money was exchanged for sexual services if they are not present. If, in your hotel room or residence, you give her the fee and she puts the money in her pocketbook, how in the world can LE prove anything? I just don't see how all of this is possible or even probable. Now, I'm wise enough to understand that LE do not need a legal reason to do anything in this country. They are the law and we are not. However, what legal and intelligent reason would they have to arrest you in this situation?
I agree completely, and it's been kind of a pet peeve of mine over the years why people are worried about LE who are NOT in the room.
Fucking a hooker is NOT illegal, for all anyone can prove, she is your girlfriend or some woman doing a random hook up with you. Your major (and only worry IMO) is that one of the two parties is either LE or working with LE. I have ZERO worries about LE busting down the door and I can't imagine what they would do even if they caught me right in the middle of a downstroke. Unless one of you is stupid enough to admit to committing a crime there is absolutely NOTHING they can do to you simply for fucking in a hotel room.
