I am heading to the Keys in a couple of weekends to celebrate a friends birthday.  I would love to hear any suggestions for great food and night life.  And most importantly is it worth advertising?  Or are things really quiet in Islamorada?

Compared to the mainland, the entire Keys are relatively quiet.  They are especially hobby-quiet. I can't help you too much with Islamorada, but if you're interested in tourist recommendations for the lower Keys/Key West, drop me a pm and I'll get you started.

We always stop at the Whale Harbor Inn when traveling through. Awesome seafood buffet.
