I don't have any problem whatsoever with your first post.  In fact, I encourage information like that. Anything to keep things safer for people is good.  But IMHO, you just didn't need to take a shot like your second post.

I'm sure you know there are a lot of wackos out there.  One of their biggest problems is that they don't know they're a wacko or they just don't care. If someome doesn't understand the risks you take tell them to take a hike.  It's their loss not yours.

I'm sure Gina didn't mean just to single out Florida.  There are wackos everywhere.  Where ever she goes there will be wackos just that since she's been in Florida that is where she's experienced them - ergo the association of wacko with Florida.

So for you to take my comment pesonal I am just left to wonder how you really treat the providers.
Wouldn't you rather us communicate to weed out the bad that way girls won't encounter bad situations and they will be nicer and less reserved with you.

This has gotten blown (so to speak) out of proportion.  I was merely pointing out that the guys comment (in my eyes) was not criticizing your warning to others but that some Floridians (not me - I live in Boston) could take offense about the Florida remark - Afterall, there are Wackos everywhere.  Moreover, his post did follow your Florida remark and not the original warning - so I believe I have ``read into'' his remark correctly.

Regarding how I treat providers (now its personal) I feel I was quite nice to you (I believe we met in Boston - but I may be mistaken - I forgot except for seeing your pics).

I have no problems with how you run your business - it is your business (and will not involve me).

If there weren't wackos in the sticks, we wouldn't have any classic "B" horror movies! If you want to be safe from wackos, you need to stay inside, lock your doors and windows and shut off your phone and, especially, your Internet connection!

What are these guys doing that makes them wackos?

The thing that bothers me about these vague warnings is that the guy may just have a fetish or fantasy that a conservative provider finds offensive, and label him a wacko.

Without including what prompted the warning, the guy may be denied access to other providers who have no problem with his interest,  because they don’t know what he did and don’t want to take a chance, which is understandable.

If you’re going to set yourself up as judge, jury, and executioner to someone at least give enough information for others to make a judgment for themselves, imho.
