Hola people, (I am sorry for my english :()I currently work with an agency, and, despite the fact that they are really nice and seems that screen the clients I am not 100% secure they do it properly.
In adittion to that, they handle too many girls and dont seem to give me as many tours as I would like, when I get a tour, i dont like the hotels they put me in (And customers complaint too). Dont like the cities they send me either.

My main concern is safety and being able to provide a wonderful experience for the guy. If I become an independent I have no idea how to screen clients, nor I know where to travel and other aspects of this business.

Any suggestions?

It sounds as if you just need a better agency to represent you. I don't know where you are or who you're currently with, but there are plenty of great agencies who'd be happy to have you, as long as you are dependable and have the looks and skills they are comfortable with.

I also see some girls team up and travel together and are available as singles or doubles, you might look into that, if you know someone you trust and enjoy being with.

I'm sure our providers can offer some better options as well.

hi thanks for ur answer. i am based in miami and about my looks... Many people say i look like a victoria secret model

Not sure where you are, but I am always looking for new faces.
Give me a shout and we can talk.

There are positives and negatives to both agencies and being independent.
If you have concerns that your agency may not be screening well enough...you may very well be right. Whether it's an agency or a 'call referral service', many do very little to screen...all the while telling the girls that they are very dilligent. One friend of mine was horrified to find out that all I had to do was tell her 'service' my name. Never asked me to spell it or any other information at all...yet they spent 45 minutes on nothing but how hard they screened clients when they hired her.

The absolute most important thing for you to know, agency or independent, is what the actual "rules" and laws are. NOT listening to heresay. Because at the end of the day, it's the working girl's butt (no pun intended) on the line.
Some facts that are often misunderstood...
It does not matter who gets undressed first.
It does not matter how 'far' any act goes.

Established providers can offer suggestions on how best to run your particular business...but it is up to you to learn the "rules of engagement", marketing, territory, and money management.

Best of luck to you in whatever you decide!

I totally agree with you. The agency can care less if something happens to me, afterall, they are not in the room with me.

I have a great sixth sense with people and many times had to ask some guys to leave, not because they werent nice, but because I got suspicious about it.

It all about quality, not quantity. But agencies, are money machines and think the opposite. If I would travel on my own, i can decide my own schedule, flights, hotels etcs But most important, screening clients. If I only knew how to do the screening. I only wish I could find a provider who can give me some tips?

First, go over to FAQ for newbies and do a search on screening and other tips.  Ask questions.

Second, pm me. I'd rather talk privately about screening.

Third, think about whether or not you want to be in charge of your business or if you prefer to let others run it.  There are, as stated, pro's and cons on both sides.

Fourth, if you choose ot go with another agency please choose a well-respected agency that both women (independents and agency gals) and men have dealt with and felt comfortable with.

She won't steer you wrong.  Holly is a really nice lady and if she is offering advice, talk to her.  I know her and she will try to help you.

Holly, Thank you so much for the info. I understand about the cons and pro's. For me, safety is priority number 1. I guess my question would be if is safest to be an independent  provider, do your own screening and get a feeling of the person or just keep working with an agency and trust them the did a good screening?

I am a big believer in going with what fits you best. Look at all aspects and then make the decision not based upon what anyone says you should do but what makes you feel the most comfortable.
