O.K. This is really gotten bad. I have no health insurance and when I do get it in a few months I do not want them finding out about this pre-existing condition. My back is becoming a major issue and I need some serious help. If any of you can recommend someone or if you are that special person please contact me. I am living in a world of constant pain. My lower back has major issues and I do not know what to do about it. Getting up from being on my back has become a problem and we all know how important it is for me to be on my back ;0). Please PM me with any info as soon as possible.
I really Appreciate it.

to do with being so damn flexible that we can put our feet behind our head!
The secret is to do back bends...which is also a fun position to be in! ![]()
Hope this helps ya hot stuff!!!
Sweet Kisses,

IF you have a "pre-existing" back problem,
WHY were you going to get your boobs (which look fine) made BIGGER this month
instead of giving that money to a back Dr. since back pain is a problem
that could effect the performance of a provider.
I wish you luck with ALL of your troubles.
I am still planning on doing my boobs. I know, but somebody once told me that "it is better to look good then to feel good". My back has gotten worse in the past couple of days, and weeks. the pre-existing condition factor on new insurance is a factor.

I really like the"dearest Wildthing" Elle.
Thank you Sweetheart.
Kisses right back at you!
The best thing for your back is building up your core. Try Pilates. I'm 72 years of age and I'm standing tall, because my Pilates class with all the girls has made me a new man. LOL Aspenglo
I really Appreciate it.

Quality mattress!!!!!!
Or flip the one your sleeping on now. Please don't go to a chiropractor.
Hope you feel better

You hit the brakes and get rear ended(not Greek sweetie). Your auto insurance and the person who hit you will now be responsible for your treatment. Too bad you drive a nice car. This works better when you drive a jalopy.
Hi Elle,
I have a lot of friends that have been helped with a gentle massage called - Ortho-Bionomy..
Not sure how close you are to Boca but check out this clinic - http://www.thetherapeuticalternative.com/
They may be able to take payments and after 1 or 2 times you will feel so so much better!
Peace,
Lexi
I had a c-section with my son (did not get an epidural but a spinal instead) and when my son was 3 months old I tried to get up off the couch with him in my arms, and it felt like someone was pulling my lower vertebrae out one by one. The spinal that I had was the culprit, resulting in herniated discs from my sacrum up to T-12 (I also played a lot of sports when I was young, including gymnastics and cheerleading and I'm double jointed as well).
My son is now 18 years old, and to this day, I live in chronic pain. Forget about sitting on a hard bench like at a football game, forget about playing with my infant son on the floor when he was young, forget about a happy life in general, because the pain I live with everyday I don't wish on my worst enemy.
However, I taped the Dr. Oz show this morning and will watch it tomorrow - the show is about chronic pain - and magnets. I believe I'm going to give it a try. If you like, please PM me and we can discuss this over the phone.
Hope you are feeling better - take an 800mg ibuprofen and ice sweety, it helps.

Just sayin'

A good one can find out what's going on in there....and set you on the path to recovery.
I have one who's done nothing short of miracles.

Elle , first let me start by saying your openess and honesty through all you post's here is refreshing . You never hide what's on your mind and express yourself so well through the written word . So nice that you put your everyday experiences and thoughts out there in a tasteful and elequent way - a honest trustworthy lady foir sure !
I had scatica once . Being a guy I kept saying " it will get better tomorrow " . It progressivly got worse and worse over the course of 3 months or so . I lost about 40 lbs as I simply could not get up to even go to the store for food .
The symptom , as I know it for scatica, is numbness down one of your legs . I am no doctor, but the numbness was a common symptom of this form of back pain .
After 3 ( stupid ) months I simply could not stop crying and the pain was overwhelming . I decided to see a chiropractor to please my mother - I don't believe in them myself . He took x rays and did some stupid rubber band thing ." OK , come see me tomorrow "- again just some vodoo crap ! Scatica is VERY common , and if this guy was educated , or cared about my issues , then he would have properly diagnosed the problem and recommended another avenue of treatment . Maybe I found the one " bad apple " but that was my experience with a chiropractor . Looking back , it is a good thing he did not start " aligning " me with some pressure - I would have belted the guy on the spot , and probably would have worsened the pain .
So now it was just the most intense , on the couch pain I ever had - again , I am a man and not always the smartest when it comes to my health . I go to the ER and I am in the back room waiting on a doctor . The 35 year old guy next curtain over described to the doctor EXACTLY the symptoms I had - it is that common a problem I guess . They shoot me up ( injection ) with some steroids and give me a pain script and I am out the door. I then go see a back specialist the hospital recommended . I visit him and he gives me a script for a pill form of steroids that go for a 2 week period . I do exactly as instructed as the pain was too much to bear .
3 weeks after ................I was 90 % better !!!!! Amazing !!! I went through all that shit for this simple easy solution ?!?!
You stated that it is better to look good then to feel good - BS!!!! Who is going to see your pretty ass when you are flat on your back crying at home ? Go get it looked at - it will not just " go away " .
Hope your solution is as " easy " as mine !!!! I learned how stupid I was in first " dealing " with the pain and then thinking it would " fix itself ".
Another friend posted on Facebook a few weeks after my incident about his backpain - YEP , steroids got him back on his feet in no time at all !!!
I only play a doctor on TER , but just wanted to interject my experience in the hopes that you benefit from it !

sorry to hear that. if you like, we can talk and give you some free advice. first, don't see a chiro. save the money for a real ortho MD, if needed. A good MD can do a very simple physical exam and advise if you have sciatica, or not. Other issues cause back pain, like lower vertenrae in the bottom of your spine being fused (I have this), or lower muscle spasms caused by your mattresss, upper leg muscles need to be stretched, abdomen muscles that affect your posture, etc - Id sciatica is the problem, simple PT exercises will get you over the problem, combined with some pan meds, or advil - sorry for the long winded response.
FYI - your boobs look great! the tuesday pic was excellent. and nice high heels, as well.
I really Appreciate it.

I would like to thank those of you who took the time to respond with some great suggestions. I have started to use the Tems machine (shock therapy) and regular icing and stretching are helping. My mattress is brand new and firm so no need to change that. And I have ordered Fish oils and some other products that had been suggested to me. I can honestly say that after a couple of days it seems to be improving, or at least it feels better.
Kisses from me to all of you
Elle
You are quite welcum. Oh forgot another suggestion... When I can't take the pain I resort to getting a deep tissue massage from a man on another board in south Florida, he charges $100 per hour and the next day I'm able to function. PM me and I'll give you his number. Also, I have memory foam on my bed which helps a lot. Keep up the good work Elle!
