The first time I contacted customer service was via PM Chat. I asked for a credit on my account for the lost day of advertising. The first rep said no. Highly frustrated and getting a bit "vocal" via chat I decided to reign myself in and to ask to speak to a manager. I received a call within 30 minutes. The manager was happy to oblige my request and to credit the lost day back to my account.
For a minute there I thought I was in the Wild West where there are no rules. I never like having to go to customer service because I'm always afraid of a battle. The manager was *really* nice and very respectful. I'm pleased.
Let's just say their business ethics are way off… How can they have a photo verification that is lie? Eros is bad news - I have never bothered and never will!
