I scheduled, Luna confirmed, I reconfirmed, and she didn't show without even canceling.  Wish there was a way to note that in the reviews.  

No shows and cancellations happen all the time.  It doesn't warrant writing a bad review or trying to knock down a providers rating.

I disagree CD. A no show without a call is most disrespectful  
and warrants a callout. If you aren't coming to a date, it's
only common courtesy to let a customer, who has obviously
gone to a lot of trouble to arrange the date, know you aren't  
coming.
