Several I have seen use what they call assistants, or booking agents, but I would not put those people in the category of pimp.  They are simply doing the legwork in setting up appointments, making hotel reservations, giving clients directions, etc., they are not out hustling the girls.  Some of them may also take care of placing ads on various ad sites.  Having this done by someone else gives the provider lots more time to prepare for clients and see clients w/o the pressure of answering emails, calls, and text msgs, making reservations.

I have never gone thru an agency either.

My personal preference is a independent lady. I feel it is much more supportive because it is to help support her and her family directly.
