I have heard many people have weather spikes in their libido and wonder how the rain might influence yours. It's going to be a very rainy week in most parts of Florida and wonder if you will have sex on your mind more or less this week.

I was on the phone yesterday telling a friend how much I was loving the rainy weather. It most definitely reminds me of long winters in NYC and having to find creative ways to entertain ourselves indoors. Actually, no, the weather has no impact on my mood.  Except during the winter... the lack of sunlight, the cold, and fading of nature have the potential to make me feel gloomy.  I think it's called Seasonal Affective condition?  Doesn't happen each year, but it can.

Actually, the only way the rain affects me in this regard is that it just makes driving on the roads even more hazardous.  Northeast FL is already one of the most dangerous areas to drive in and storms just exacerbate the problem.  The result is that getting to appointments is more difficult... I don't bring providers back to my place, so I'm always driving to somewhere.  I don't think I'd cancel a date unless it was really bad outside; perhaps due to lightning.
