And offered to help me obtain a provider reference particularly the ladies who PM’d so generously and creatively.  

I’m pleased to report a “happy ending” arrangement that might never have occurred without this community.

The door was closed as those who read my Sunday post know.  My belated discovery (still LOL) that all those “you have a PM” posts mean Private Message not phone message elicited a reply from the provider that reopened the door ever so slightly.  My posts Sunday afforded me additional opportunity to explain myself and from there she and I exchanged more PM’s.  She investigated more and has changed her mind.  Yippee!
