What to do with a week in Tampa

Where are the spots where the beautiful people hang out?  I want to infiltrate.

I will be there alone (sniff, sniff) all week and need suggestions on places to hang out at night.  Not interested in the 20 something crowds.

Eat dinner at Ceviche one night. Also, i hear the Blue Martini in International mall is a good spot. Have fun

Hyde Park Cafe is more the 30 something crowd, more professional and well dressed.  You will get some younger people and older people there as well and it's a nice mix.  Mind you haven't been there for a couple of years so it might have changed, but it used to be a great place
