Theme Days: First off, you’re talking about 1 thread pushing 1 add on the bottom of the page off the page early. It doesn’t matter if 1 lady post on a Theme thread, or a 100 on the same thread, it will only push 1 thread off. There are 25 threads per page regardless to how many post under a thread.

Ladies, what do you think???? Do you only want 1 Theme day per week, or keep it the same, 1 theme day per day?

Personally, I do enjoy seeing the ladies post their pix on the Theme days, much more than adds, if you like that, go to every other board, and just check out our biggest board in population…New York, a barren Add waist land. My only complaint, some of the ladies post the same old pix (recycled) every week on the Theme days. I really do appreciate the ladies who use their creativity & post a lot of different pix & keep them current. To those who post the same pix, you can get a nice digital camera for $100, have some of your girlfriends or clients take a few pix with ‘Your Camera’, then you can download them mix it up & have plenty of current pix based on the various Theme days.

If you’re trying to promote more discussion on this board, there is nothing preventing that as of today. Also, there already is a discussion board, look to the left on your screen for the General Discussion Board.

One thing different from the Florida board than the other boards…the Theme Day threads originated from the Florida board, all the ‘Themes’ originated from Florida were by the Florida ladies….all the other boards copies them, & most of the Theme Day Names as well.  It was never diabolically planned by the ladies, it just naturally evolved. The Themes certainly don’t need to be made by guys or started by guys. The only thing I would change on the Theme days (on all the boards), is that it can only be started by a lady from that regional board, not a visiting lady or out of state lady.

Anyhow, I think the guys like the Theme Days, & the ladies have fun posting them as well.

My .02…..does anyone else out there have one?

Perhaps they can set up a separate "Photo" Board (like for Meet and Greet, Politics, etc.) and let the all the providers participate with themes for each day.

I have looked on other boards and I get BORED. NO offense to any board. I hate looking at ads especially when there isn't a photo .

Since I am a visual creature and swim underwater, I need to see well, I like the creativity that our ladies have with their posts.

Yes, some photos are redundant, do we care, doubt it. When I can get online I like to go back through what I missed and have commented on the ladies new photos. I will miss this.

If a day is picked I would steer towards Hump-Day. I would agree that most girls post on a Monday or Fridays. At least that is when I try to.

The theme days are a large reason why so many people even read the board.  One theme day a week is going to drop the readership on all the non-theme days, IMHO.

I do agree with posts about the recycled pics.  I don't like seeing the same ones over and over either.  GJ did have a good idea about how to get new pics.

And it was also mentioned that the thread only knocks one other thread off the first page, so what's the big deal?

Why can't we have an area just for ads and then post daily them photos in the discussion area?  This would eliminate ads being pushed down too quickly.....

most gents in other areas would say how lucky to be a man in Florida and have so many choices.

We ladies do like drawing the attention our way with picture posts but I think the gentlemen asked for them originally. Maybe you should post that question to the gentlemen on the board on how they feel. Take a vote and see how many men respond to this question. This is a board about the hobby of enjoying women and what better way to start than by checking out your future intentions on the local boards.

How many ladies might be missed if you didn't drop in here and see a picture of her. How many men use the search function and how often ? Less will be posted by each and every lady if pictures were not counted.

Last but not least check out some of the other boards with nothing but ladies ads. Some of those boards have tried to get ladies to post pictures. Gentlemen have posted wanting some special picture days. I think 3 days is fine but one will be missed by the tourist who ventures to check our board out and may think just another main street with the same old bill boards. Florida stands out in the crowd

It has been stated that the picture post each day with so many ladies photos only moves one other post on to page 2. Would the gentlemen wish more ladies posted pictures might be a good question to ask as well. This is a win win for both we ladies and the men who cum here to spend time dreaming of their next date.

Until TER comes out with a site-wide policy, here is what I propose.

Three photo threads a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  The ladies pick the theme and I start the thread.  

Pictures only please, these are not ads.  

Sound reasonable?

Personally, I love the theme threads and agree on many different points..

Same photos all the time...Jimmy--agreed...Get a camera and have a gf take new pictures every 3 mos. or so. Most of us ladies do that and you are right, it is annoying seeing the same old pictures all the time.

I personally don't see how one thread can push back many many provider ads..Yep...agree on this point as well.

As far as rules, I do feel they need rules and all boards should implement the same.  Let's give this a whirl and see how it goes.

First and foremost in the theme threads only 1 picture...did I suggest one picture??? NOT a collage of pics. It is not fair to the the ladies who follow this and then someone sneaks in with a collage and it remains there. If you want multiple pictures do that in your ad.

#2...No link to your ter reviews or website..Save that for your weekly ad. Again I have seen this as well and again it's not fair to those that really do try hard to follow the rules.

#3 the theme thread has to be started by someone who originates from the area and personally I feel a lady not a gent. I think that is only fair to those ladies that live in that state or area. Maybe some of the slack of this is because there are no clear cut rules that the mods are to follow and other abuse it.

#4..Ok I may get slack for this but have heard of it being very very annoying amongst other providers.  If you are planning a visit to that area (which means you have an ad up with dates), then feel free to post on the theme thread.  Otherwise, please don't post on the theme threads if you are not visiting.  Again...just my opinion.

All these ideas are meant to voice my opinion. Maybe admin will look at all these ideas from everyone and come up with a great plan to please everyone.

I do 100% agree that if the theme threads are removed all together, it will take away from the great community this is. I feel in my gut that many guys who use to log in many times a day and become active on the boards will steer away.  Why is that? cause like other's have said..it will become boring.

Again...just voicing my opinion like everyone else..

It is the only time we hear from a lot of the ladies here. You should allow the daily threads to go on.

As stated by a few others, if it weren't for the theme days on this board, none of the other boards would have them either. They started here, and have blossomed into something everyone seems to enjoy. I don't participate in them a lot, but I do enjoy them. They are one of the things that attracted me to this board. By visiting this board, and making a few electronic friends, it got me invited to my first M&G, where I got to meet some terrific people, you included, SoFla. There is a lot of electronic flirting that goes on within these threads, which makes them sort of multipurpose. Guys get to know the ladies' personalities a bit more, and the same holds true in the other direction. How many PM's do you think are generated by theme day threads, and how many do you think wind up turninng into dates? I'd be willing to bet that those numbers are pretty high.

Let's not lose sight of GatorJimmy's excellent point that the number of responses to a thread have nothing to do with how many threads there are on a page. It's ONE post a DAY. Wow. Does that reeeally mess up the board and toss ads off too soon? C'mon. Sell that to someone else.

Recycled pictures? Yes...that happens...but not the majority of the time. Do you really think that people who view this board don't notice that...notice who puts effort into it...and show appreciation with comments and our wallets?

BOTTOM LINE is that it's been NO secret that many feel that this board has been going to hell in the last year or so...give or take.
Even though the lively discussion and fun atmosphere is gone....at least we had the daily threads for a reason to stop by. Now...because of "discussion between the mods and Admin"...we're gonna lose that.

I would think (but I'm not too bright) that an owner of a website would want TRAFFIC. That's what generates revenue. Again...I'm not too smart...but I only do this shit for a living. So I, in my dim-witted thinking, would think that a fun place with easy to access information would be the goal. Apparently not.

Well, SFG, if there's been one single attraction to the Florida board for me,

it's been the daily photo thread.

While I agree that there are a plethora of recycled pictures, I also think a little education along these lines might help.

Instead of unilaterally declaring one pic day per week, maybe you ought to start out by establishing some guidelines for ladies (and gents) to follow.  These might include:

1) Ladies post ONLY under the OP, not under each other...it's confusing to see one lady post under another lady.

2) Asking responders to these pics to simply change the subject line so their response can be quickly read, rather than burying it in the text box (this would be an easier read for you, I think).

3) ENCOURAGE that ladies conjure up some new images rather than recycling the old ones.  Amateur pics should be encouraged also.

4) Allow gents (and GatorJimmy) to post comments, but do not allow ladies to comment under the gents.  They could feel free to PM if they need to.  This would minimize "pushing ad threads" down the page.  If this isn't enough, disallow gents' comments as well.

I think some basic guidelines on how to run these daily threads, rather than a full-blown shutdown of five threads per week, would maintain a fun board, as well as mitigate many of the concerns you outlined in the OP.

it's obvious that others do as well-some of the pics are repetitive, but don't think most of us really care-Jimmy had a nice solution to that-1rob...hoping for no change at all to a good thing...OUT

even though I haven't been in FLA for a long time, I have made appts. with (and parted with my $$$ to) many ladies I mostly was familiar with from their posts to this board and especially to the photo theme days, when they were touring in DC.  And I'm sure this happens a lot.  You see an ad post on the DC/NYC/Chicago/wherever board about a visiting provider from FLA & your mind immediately says 'Yeah, I've seen lots of her hot pics on the FLA Board, I've been dying to meet her.'  So for those concerned about ads getting pushed down by the theme posts, don't lose sight of the fact that the theme pic threads have a lot of ad value in them as well.

ALL IS NOT LOST ......

The Atlanta board is picking up where the Florida board let us down.  All you ladies in FL I'm sure are very welcum to join the threads on the Atlanta board.  It's all fun and games isn't it, and us guys really enjoy viewing the ASSets and other fine features of the ladies.  Wouldn't be surprised if many of the ladies also love the visual threads.  See you on the Atlanta board.

I dont know about the rest of you ,but I check daily for new post and threads.  I scroll far enough down to get to yesterdays posts so I don't miss any. That answers the bumping of adds question. I would think that is what most of us do.  What is wrong with fun?  If it takes to much of your time to moderate step down or ask for some help as I am sure that we would rather help than lose any theme days. I dislike posting, Yea, me too" comments, but this is a case where we need to stand up and be counted.

The theme photos are the absolute best way to get to know the personalities of the providers that participate.  The web sites that they have are as polished an professional as possible, and is so many ways, do not let their personalities appear.  It is their comments in these theme threads that allow the player to get to the point that they think they know the provider.

Without the theme planks, we are back to the websites where everyone sounds alike and without personality.

Alabama does not have a board.  Atlanta is ALOT closer to me than Florida, but Florida is much more interesting and fun, and the theme photo days are a big part of the fun.  I have never used Atlanta as a source.  I make a road trip to Florida.

I am not sure how long the FL TER board has been posting Theme day pics, since I have only been in the biz for 15 months, but it has obviously been a very fun and popular thing for providers and hobbyists, both. To narrow it down to 3 days instead of 5, well, I just don't see the point.  If everyone over-all is happy, then why change it!?  THis is quite baffling, and i have a feeling it will be very much regretted.
Me, for one, am not happy, and do not know how much I will participate if this changes, and be part of such ludicracy......

I must have accidentially put it on the North Korean Board, as it was censored very quickly!

I hope you get to keep your theme days.  They are the life of this board.  The ladies aren't forced to do it...they jump in because the enjoy it.

Bad move IMHO!  Remember the old business adage, "You've got to give the people what they want."

see who is there and if they did not see what they were expecting then they will check the next day and so on.  Also gives flexibility to the girls to post when they have some time for that instead of just specific days.

Seems to me that hobbiests and girls enjoy it a lot  but is creating too much work to moderate.
Isn't there a way to program a feature for the theme of the day that has a differnt "form" , one without the space for links or pictures.  then there is nothing to moderate.


btw, if we pick interest themes like this we can generate a REAL discussion on the discussion board.
