However, when a date goes really well for me, I feel compelled to leave something extra, but I'm always nervous about what the amount should be. I don't want to offend her by it. So ladies, please help me, is there a rule of thumb of what is considered a "respectful" tip amount (i.e., a certain percentage or minimum amount)? Thanks.
