I see for regional boards that Cali has 4 boards (San Diego, San Fran, LA, Orange County), but here in Florida, we have 1 board for alot of the major cities (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville).

Do you like having 1 board for the entire state of Florida, or would you rather see TER break up Florida into 4 boards like the Cali boards?

...and ultimately it was thought that one board would suffice. Works for me since I'm near Tampa, but travel to Miami/FTL frequently.

Ohio has NO board
New Orleans has no board
Colorado -no board
Kansas City - no board
Tennessee - no board

Many major areas are not represented - TER not having boards in those areas lets other sites grow at TER's expense.  Not having large meto areas represented is , well, not real smart.

Maybe when TER rolls out the "new site" these areas (and others) will be included.

If you seperated the boards into regions or cities how many posts would their be on each board ? As it is our board may fill a page in a day most of the time. Just like your daily newspaper but with better classifieds and some great sexy pics.

The cities in Calif have a much larger population than our Florida cities

if my memory serves me, it was a failure, and changed back to the Florida board.

when the board was broken down into the "regional" areas, there simply wasnt enough activity to keep them all going.  The boards were very stagnant, and it was simply something that made for a very boring board.

TER actually asked the MOD at the time, Sly, to get our opinion on this, and after everyone saw the split, it was decided that FL was better kept as one board.

It has more interaction.  It's one stop shopping.  If it was split, you might read one board and miss out on seeing a great lady because she posted on the another board.  Or you could very well see the same ad or thread on several boards.

As was said, it was tried and turned down.

Ok good to know that everyone is in favor of 1 board for florida.
