Living on the Space Coast....I can offer some suggestions.
Obviously you'd want to visit Kennedy Space Center. The Atlantis exhibit is something not to be missed.
Other things to do are:
Deep sea fishing out of Port Canaveral
Golfing at Duran
Brevard zoo
Cocoa Beach Pier
Manatees baseball at Space Coast Stadium

I appreciate the run down and suggestions.  I am VERY (wink, wink) familiar with KSC and the Atlantis exhibit (was VERY involved with structural design of the platform the vehicle rests on).  I have lived and worked in the Space Coast for quite some time.

I golf in Hilton Head Island, SC at my other another residence...

Deep sea fishing is on my bucket list and I visit the Brevard Zoo periodically; unfortunately, not much of a fan of baseball and will give it a try.
