& offered to provide several really good references but she insisted on getting employment info, which I consider intrusive. She repeatedly said she needed it for "leverage." Huh? I refused, said "Ciao, bella!", & arranged a date with another provider. Later, I was warned by a trusted source that EG is very . . . volatile . . . so I was glad I refused to give employment info. YMMV
