Suggestions welcome - Miami

Hey Everyone - forgive me but I'm still a newbie and wanted to ask for a suggestion.  I'm heading to Miami for a few days and would like to have a relaxed evening with someone that gives a great message, has a great sense of humor and is great with folks that are a little shy.  Perhaps even go enjoy dinner somewhere.  Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
