...but it's actually a very good article!  most of "that" type of article find some poor pimped-out, drug addicted and desperate woman to interview so that the piece can be slanted in that direction.  i find it quite refreshing, actually, to read an honest article, recognizing that there's a new breed of escort out here:  the educated and intelligent woman who is in this biz by choice, who is empowered and is doing it HER way, one who is reaping the benefits this business can indeed offer.  hallelujah!  someone finally gets it that we're not all losers living on the edge and in need of rescue!  thank you for posting this.

the only problem i have with this article is one i see again and again in the media:  the exaggeration of the amount of money we're making.  yes, the cash is VERY good, but the only way a lady - unless she's very exceptional and in the top five or ten nationally - makes over $2K for three appointments is if two are multi-hours and one is overnight.  that kind of overstatement makes every woman reading the article think she can throw an ad on backpage, sit back (or lie back, as the case may be) and make six figures in a few months without batting a pretty eyelash.  not so!

hell, if that IS the case...if the northern ladies ARE making that kind of money for 3 appointments, there's about to be a mass migration from s. Florida to New Jersey!  LOL!!
