I think that ad is quite old.  I haven't seen any recent indication she'll be in Naples.  The site you linked has a bunch of ads that are several years old.  Many of those ladies haven't been available for a very long time, at least in Naples.  

I visited her awhile back in Naples. She was dynamite! I have reached out over the last year trying to get back in touch to no avail.. No recent ads from her in SWF either..
