Then emails/phone calls to get a feel for who she is (and vice versa). Reviews help, but not the deciding factor. I guess the deciding factor is the "It" factor. Can't describe it, but I know it when I see it.

All of a gurls physeecal appearance attract me to her. The leest important thing is her personality n intellegence. it aint about disucssing world events or pollitics wit her. I jus wanna hav sexy fun wit her ya know?.

There are magnets that which lead to interest in seeing a certain lady.

1.The photos which reflect her personal beauty and the appeal of her body type.

2. The TER reviews; there consistency in message about her.  The skills mentioned which are important.

3. Communications; of the lady and those who have seen her via PM, email, phone,TER profile/reviews, do they show the personality traits such as friendliness, sense of humor, etc.

These are the considerations that move to seeing a certain lady.

Usually I admire how they treat other people and have a way of making a joke out of a bad situation. Sure their reviews will tell me a lot about their sexually appetite but it's their sweet PM's that draw me in. Some men I have followed from board to board and couldn't wait for the day to finally meet while others are out of my area and most likely be a fantasy forever.

If I am, then I check to see if she does incall.   I can't do outcall at home.   If she is within my budget and does incall, then I look at her services.  If she does my deal-breakers, then I look at location.  As you can see, there are lots of variables in choosing a provider.

I have had the pleasure of a visit with Sindie, and it was well worth it.  I guess the physical attraction has to come first, then the other variables influence my deciscion.

All of the factors you mentioned Sindie come into play. The pics have to be good but they can also be misleading.  I love a lady with a good, positive board presence.  Solid reviews help seal the deal.

But if they don't fit the budget or the in call requirements or a deal breaker or two that exist, then I will take a pass.

Her personality on the board and in PMs is probably the most important factor, though.  And, a big plus if I can meet the lady ahead of time at a Meet and Greet and determine whether or not we click.

1. My TER search criteria will narrow down the ladies to those who offer the things that I enjoy the most.
2. The number, frequency and consistency in the ladies TER reviews.
3. Her looks are important, but I don't have a certain look that I'm specifically attracted to.
4. PM's with other hobbyists who have met the ladies.
5. Her level of discretion and her response to my initial contact.

For the past several years, I have found that meeting ladies at these events is the best way to meet subsequently.  Case in point:  Halloween in South Florida.  There, I met and had fun with several ladies, but it was Alyssa Day that grabbed my attention.  Not only because she is gorgeous, but because we had friendly banter, and she was visiting NYC several weeks hence.  It was easy to maintain communications, and we both had a great time when we met in NYC before Thanksgiving.  Another case in point: I met this babe from Minnesota at the summer M&G in NYC for just a few minutes,  I got stood up later that night by a NYC lady I knew, helped out by my former ATF.  Yet in December, we met for a glorious evening in NYC, and subsequent meetings are planned....

Anti-case in point:  Last week, in NYC, a lady there who had been actively posting, and whom I had been exchanging PM's with for weeks, advertised her availability, and we set a date to meet, after all screening requirements had been met.  Ninety minutes before, we both confirmed.  Sixty minutes later, she cancelled.  

Two hours later, I said fuck NYC, and decided that I would go to Vegas...a lady that was attending the parties there related that she would love to see me if I visited.  Where did I her originally?  At an M&G out there, and I had met her twice this summer and fall in NYC and Foxwoods.  No bullshit from this lady...I spent two of the three nights in Vegas with her, and took her to breakfast this morning before we parted ways.  Not that that's going to be for long...she's visiting NYC later this week, and we will have a great time then...

There were three other ladies I met at these events who are must sees as well.  

Am I making my point?  M&G's rock!  BTW, we've met before, at the first EWS, and Halloween a few months ago...

we males are definitely a visual species, so a great photo is hard to resist

but there is no question that the mind is the most IMPORTANT sexual organ, and what a lady writes with her words, to me, is a window into her mind, and can be irresistibly alluring

In order of importance to me: (1) a lady's sexy pics, (2) her reviews--what is said--not the numerical scores, (3) her board pressence--if she can't communicate somewhat intelligently, what are we going to do between cups, and (4) word of mouth from fellow hobbyists.
