Probably Downtown and the airport are centrally located places to stay and host incalls at, South Beach is good too but parking can be a nightmare and valet parking can get really pricey, I would expand my horizons a bit and look into Fort Lauderdale, I95 connects all the cities and provides easy quick access between Miami to Palm Beach. Miami is a great city, tons of thing to do, entertainment, great restaurants, the beach and awesome hotels...! If you need restaurant recommendations, I can always help! We now have Uber for car services and car2go for affordable car rentals. I hope this helps!
